Good communication within a company is the communication that involves all levels, so that a given message/duties and responsibilities acceptable and well-executed until the lowest level that being the executor of the task. Every personal need to be aware of the importance of communication, especially communication between management and employees, should be done in direct without going through an intermediary so that the content of these communications can be received and executed well.
